Your rep closes. We run the machine that fills their calendar.
Freedom builds and runs a lead-generation rig for your company. It finds facility and property decision-makers with a reason to talk now, starts the conversation by email in your name, sorts every reply, and hands your rep a short list of people worth calling. You keep the contacts, the data and the deals.
When referrals slow down, the usual answer is hiring a rep to prospect.
Here's what that hire usually looks like, from the Bridge Group's 2025 study of 351 companies. It's the job the rig does, without the ramp or the turnover.

Six zones, one job: real conversations with buildings that need you.
Think of it like a riser. Each zone does one thing, hands off to the next, and reports its status. We build it, run it, and tune it every week.
Signals
Find the buildings and people with a reason to buy now.
- Property managers, facility directors and multi-site operators in your service area
- Why-now triggers where public data exists: a building changes hands, a new tenant moves in, a facility role changes hands, a public bid posts
- Your current customers, competitors you name and anyone who opted out are filtered out first
Email engine
Start the conversation, under your company's name.
- Plain, short emails from your rep's name on separate sending domains we set up and warm for 3 to 4 weeks, never your main email
- Low daily volume, an opt-out line and your postal address on every message
- You approve the messages before anything sends
Reply sorting
Every reply read and sorted the same business day.
- Interested, not now, wrong person (with the right one, if they say), and stop
- Stops and opt-outs are honored automatically, across every campaign
- Not-now replies come back on the date they gave
Call list
A short list your rep can actually call.
- Only people who engaged, with what they said and why they were picked
- A person makes every call. No robocalls, no AI cold calls, no cold texts
- Add-on: we run the calling too, if you don't have the hands (rolling out)
Booking
Meetings that actually happen.
- A booking link on your calendar, confirmation, reminders the day before and the hour before, one-click reschedule
- A short research brief on the company before the call
Weekly report
The same numbers we see, every week.
- Sent, replies, interested, booked, held, and what it cost per held meeting
- One or two changes for next week, with the reason written down
*Runs today in the rig Freedom built and runs for Invoisync, a medical billing company where our founder also leads partnerships. For your company the same stages are built on your market, your offer and your name. The call list is worked by your rep.
The walkthrough starts with your market.
Before the call, the rig runs a small pull on your service area: ten facility and property decision-makers, each with the reason they're worth a conversation now. You see what it would find for you before anyone talks price.
Phone or video, 30 minutes. Built for integrators with someone who can close: an owner who sells, or a sales rep.
You keep the relationships. We run the machine.
Calls, walks the site, quotes and closes
- Your rep or owner calls the people on the list
- You run the site walk and write the proposal
- You approve the messages that go out in your name
- You read one page of numbers a week
Builds, runs and tunes the rig
- Sending domains, mailboxes and warm-up
- Signals, lists and the filtering behind them
- Writing, sending and sorting every reply
- Booking, reminders and the pre-call brief
- The weekly report and the changes that follow it
Clean outreach, or none.
One setup fee. One monthly fee. No per-meeting fees.
A setup fee covers the build: sending domains, mailboxes, warm-up and the first lists. The monthly fee covers running it: the data, the sending, weekly tuning and the report. Your price depends on your service area and how much volume your team can take on, so it's set in writing after the walkthrough.
- Setup feeThe build, domains, mailboxes and 3 to 4 weeks of warm-up.
- Monthly feeRunning the rig, the data, weekly tuning and your report.
- No per-meeting fees, no commissionYou pay for the machine, not a cut of your deals.
What owners ask first
Do you sell for us or book meetings for us?
Neither, exactly. The rig produces engaged prospects and booked calls; your rep or owner makes the calls, does the site walk and closes. If you don't have the hands to make the first calls, a version where we run the calling too is rolling out.
Will you contact my existing customers?
No. You give us your customer list at kickoff and it's filtered out before anything sends, along with competitors you name and anyone who has opted out.
Will this hurt my email reputation?
No. The rig never sends from your main domain. It uses separate domains we set up and warm for 3 to 4 weeks, at low daily volume, with an opt-out line on every message. Google and Yahoo's 2024 bulk-sender rules ask senders to keep spam complaints under 0.3% and to authenticate their mail; we build to those rules.
Who owns the data?
You own your company name and domain, your customer data, and every contact who replies, books or buys, with the full history. Freedom owns the machine: the sending domains, mailboxes, automation, templates and the lists of people who never engaged. If you leave, you get a full export, and the sending domains are retired, never handed to anyone else.
How is it priced?
A setup fee, which covers the build, domains, mailboxes and warm-up, plus a monthly fee for running it, the data, weekly tuning and reporting. No per-meeting fees and no commission on your deals. Your price depends on your service area and the volume you can staff, so it's set in writing after the walkthrough.

Book 30 minutes, by phone or video. If you fit, Phil brings ten real decision-makers in your area, each with a reason to talk now, and walks you through the rig that found them. If there's no fit, he'll say so and end early.
